Christmas Ham

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Skin Ham leaving as much fat under skin as possible
  2. Score the fat in a cross hatch fashion
  3. Place a clove in each box etched in the fat
  4. Smother marmalade in a thorough coat over whole ham
  5. Repeat step 4 if a big ham or cooking slowly

The perfect Christmas ham!

NB: Also works when reheated a pre-cooked ham.
