Aultmore 'Reserve Casks Parcel #10' 11 years old 48%

A small batch of five American oak refill barrels from Aultmore Distillery has been used to create this release, distilled in 2011 and aged for eleven years. Bright with underripe mango and lime juice. Some rich cardamon custard coming through with lime zest and a hint of milk chocolate. The lime zest continues on the palate with flavours of conference pears, with light and fresh chili and orange oil all coming through. Toasted vanilla sticks and lime linger well after your last sip.
