Distilled at the BenRiach distillery in 2012 and bottled 12 years later by Adelphi, this single ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry cask is a buttery, fruity and nutty example of the make, with peanut brittle, butterscotch and dried fruit notes throughout. Plummy and sweet initially, it turns salty then savoury with intense woody tones and more dried fruits.
