Showing the lighter style from the distillery, this single cask bottling from Blair Athol comes from an ex-bourbon barrel, matured for 14 years. The nose is big with citrus and spice, like fresh marmalade being boiled on the stovetop, with cardamom and cloves. The palate shows rye bread and cherry jam notes, moving to a rich flavour of chocolate brownie laced with orange oils.
