The nose is floral, with a grassy tone, zesty citrus notes, and juicy apples. With a splash of water, sweet vanilla notes intensify, contrasting the floral undertones.
The palate is light and sweet, expect floral notes and an edge of citrus, before richer fruity and light spice and dry oak tones develop. A splash of water helps subdue the spicy elements, allowing the sweeter notes to return.
The finish is rich, spicy in nature and of medium length. Again, water helps to control the spiciness.
