This highly regarded American whiskey from Michter's in Louisville, Kentucky cannot technically be called Bourbon as it has been matured in Bourbon-soaked white oak barrels rather than new/virgin oak. Very fruity, with balaneced sweetness, there are flavours of butterscotch and toffee, hints of vanilla and dried fruit notes leading to a smooth, mellow finish.
