Our first ever expression from the White Peak distillery in Derbyshire, this Adelphi selection comes from a single ex-red wine barrique and offers an ecclectic range of flavours.  Adelphi describe a wide variety of flavours from creamy nougat through to vegetable stock and sundried tomatoes. This intriguing flavour continues, with soy sauce and heathery moss, finishing with licorice logs and a touch of Korean BBQ.
