This expression of Bathtub Gin starts off as a delicious London Dry Gin, before undergoing two infusion steps. The first of which is a cold infusion of Orange peel and five other secret botanicals. The second infusion consists of blending the gin with Grapefruit and aromatic Rosemary for the perfect combination of sweet citrus and bitter herbal notes. As with all the Bathtub Gins, this expression is perfect in a classic Gin and Tonic or Negroni, or served over plenty of ice.
Bathtub Gin takes its name from the type of gins illicitly distilled in London during the 1920's. Although not distilled in bathtubs like its namesake, Bathtub gin continues on the tradition of small batch and handcrafted distillation methods.
