Made in collaboration with MacLean & Bruce, this two-cask bottling from Adelphi comes from their Ardnamurchan distillery. Filled from first-fill ex-sherry butts, this dram opens with savoury, salty smoked fish note, with balsamic vinegar, struck matches and tangy cheese rind notes from the casks. Rich and oily, the palate carries a leathery, fruity then woody quality, with a musky, mineral edge.
