This expression from Benrinnes distillery has been selected by Hunter Laing & Co from a single refill Hogshead and released after sixteen years of maturation to commemorate the release of the Ardnahoe Single Malt Whisky. The nose opens up with strong and rich toffee aromas, hints of heather and ripe red fruits. The palate kicks off with Benrinnes's signature meatiness, along with light fruit notes and touches of pepper throughout. The finish is long and tounge tingling and the pepper notes linger on the palate long thereafter.
