This limited release from Dingle honours the Celtic celebration of La le Bride, which marks the beginning of spring and the arrival of warmer days.
Matured in Bourbon Casks, with a finish in ex Rye Whiskey casks, La le Bride single malt showcases light sweet aromas of honey, rasberries, biscuits, icing sugar and butterscotch on the nose. On the palate there are rich, spicy notes of caramel, ginger alongside herbal notes of mint, with a finish of sticky toffeee and spiced fruits.
