Edradour 25 years old Cask Strength #2 55.6%

This is the second batch of Edradour's 25 year old release, bottled at cask strength after spending 25 years slumbering in a small parcel of ex Oloroso Sherry Butts.

 You can expect notes of toffee-apples, orange peels, medjool dates and caramel on the palate, underpinned by soft stewed fruit.
