Edradour distillery is known for producing heavily sherried whiskies. This expression showcases the distillery in a different light, as it was bottled from a parcel of ex Bourbon casks and bottled at cask strength
on the nose there are notes of sweet vanilla and sugar syrup, and aromas of desiccated coconut, sweet berry juice, tart lemon and suede leather. Notes of young oak, sweet honey and nutty dark chocolate join on the palate, with a warming and slightly spicy finish.
