From a combination of 20 sherry seasoned European oak casks, first fill bourbon barrels and refill casks, all selected by master blender Gordon Motion, this 25 year old Highland Park brings you all the classic Orkney magic. The nose is rich, heather honey, zesty marmalade and herbs. Stewed fruits enter the palate accompanied by ginger, caramel fudge, BBQ smoke and fresh sea spray, an old and exceptional Highland Park. This is the 2019 Spring Release, laid down to mature from 1994 and earlier.
