Knockdhu 'Infrequent Flyers' 2013 / 10 years 59.2%

This expression from Knockdhu distillery has been matured for ten years, with a finish in a Pedro Ximenez Puncheon, bringing a rich fruity and moorish quality.

The nose is deep, earthy and leathery alongside an abundance of rich red fruit. The PX influence is once again prominent on the palate. There are notes of stewed raisins, chocolate liqueurs and treacle toffee, with a touch of cinnamon and ground allspice rounding out the finish.
