Laphroaig 'DT Single Cask' 2011 / 12 years old 54.4%

An exciting release from independent bottlers Duncan Taylor, this single cask expression was distilled at Laphroaig distillery in 2011 and was matured for twelve years before being bottled at the cask's natural of 54.4%. This whisky offers a marriage of sweet and salty notes, layered with classic Islay peat smoke. There are notes of smoked bacon, meyer lemon and hints of gentle warming spice.
