Made in collaboration with 'Adelphi Fine Chocolate' who are based in the heart of Christchurch city, these decadent Whisky Salted Caramels are the ultimate whisky gift. Under the hard dark chocolate shell there is an oozy, and very delectable, salted caramel filling that has a generous slug of Adelphi Scotch whisky added to it. Adelphi Fine Chocolate use only organic and fair trade chocolate and all the packaging can be recycled or composted. Produced in an environment that processes nuts, soy, sesame and gluten. Part of the brand-new lineup from Balblair, this 12 year old returns the distillery to age statements as opposed to its vintage releases. Matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, this Balblair is beautifully fresh and fruity, with lemon peel, creamy vanilla and a green apple aromas. The palate is succulent and oily, with more citrus again (dried orange) and spices, with a honeyed tone throughout. Finishing sweet and vanilla'd, it lingers with a leathery oaky note. A classic aromatic and fruity Highland single malt.

Marlborough Worlds handmade Leather kidney shaped 6oz Hip Flasks are individually produced by master craftspeople in the United Kingdom. Only using the finest polished stainless steel. The screw top is fixed to a flexible brass chromed hinge to prevent it from being lost. This stunning Hip Flask is then hand covered in leather.

Created by Doug McIvor, the Spirits curator for Berry Bros. & Rudd, this release is created exclusively from single malts that matured in ex-sherry casks. The nose is inviting and has a classic dark sherry and prune-like aroma, with a touch of freshly struck matches. The taste gives a sweet, well-balanced fruit and a chewy, satisfying finish with nuts and toffee.

Edradour distillery is known for producing heavily sherried whiskies. This expression showcases the distillery in a different light, as it was bottled from a parcel of ex Bourbon casks and bottled at cask strength

on the nose there are notes of sweet vanilla and sugar syrup, and aromas of desiccated coconut, sweet berry juice, tart lemon and suede leather.  Notes of young oak, sweet honey and nutty dark chocolate join on the palate, with a warming and slightly spicy finish.

One of our most popular drams in this style from Signatory, this Edradour was aged for 10 years in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. Offering a distinctive flavour of dense, moist Christmas cake laden with currants, raisins and Turkish delight. A hint of struck matches stems from the distillery's heavy spirit and cask selection. The palate carries a thick, bitter-chocolate sauce tone, with tangy plum joining in, finishing earthy and heavily spiced.

GlenAllachie's newest addition to their core range is the 8 year old - matured in a combination of primarily ex-sherry wood, with a smattering of virgin oak and ex-wine barriques. Created by Master Blender Billy Walker, this has aromas of of heather honey, butterscotch and cinnamon, followed by waves of ginger, toasted almonds and mocha. To taste, lashings of treacle, dried sultanas and butterscotch, with cinnamon, peppermint and honeycomb.

This classic whisky decanter has been made by the famous Scottish crystal producers, Glencairn. Decorated in a traditional cut named after the Isle of Skye, this is a timeless design that works well not only for whisky, but bourbon and other fine spirits.

In the latest of their ex-wine cask matured expressions, this new release from Kilchoman was fully matured in Sauternes wine barriques. This sweet and sticky wine made in Bordeaux brings out a fragrant and tropical nose of char grilled pineapple, with a warming, spicy note of candied ginger. The peated barley of Kilchoman brings a rush of peat smoke that compliments the lush, silky-sweet flavours from the wood.

Matured for 25 years years exclusively in ex-Sherry casks, this acclaimed bottling by Gordon & MacPhail comes from the famous Linkwood distillery in Scotland. A very rich whisky that shows its wood influence well, with stewed fruits (apples, raisin, cherries) all at the fore, with a delicate floral note underneath. An aroma of old polished oak also comes through, leading to a flavour of date, prune and raisin with a nutty edge. A very balanced whisky that is never overwhelmed by the wood, with the distillery character still shining after 25 years.

The Lochlea distillery was founded in 2018, south west of Glasgow in South Ayrshire, an area famous for its farming. Lochlea was at one time home to Scotland's national poet, Robbie Burns, who tended the same fields that now produce this new Lowland single malt. This whisky combines ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and ex-STR barriques to create a fruity character - pear syrup, fruit bon bons and tangy marmalade notes combine with cereal and golden syrup tones. A nutty, creamy note is carried on beeswax and orange flavours. Made at the distillery from 100% farm-grown barley.

Nc'Nean distillery, pronounced nook-nee-an, is situated in one of the most isolated locations on the rugged west coast of Scotland. Founded in 2017 by Annabel Thomas, this is one of the only certified organic whiskies made in the world. Matured in a combination of ex-American oak, ex-STR wine casks and a touch of ex-Oloroso sherry butts, there is an abundance of fruity tones like apricot, peach and a delicate citrus quality. A creamy, toasted brioche flavour joins in, giving way to a warming, spiced finish. Whisky Galore are thrilled to bring to New Zealand this beautiful new dram.

This 20 year old Tawny Port is a pure and fine expression of the unique terroir of the great and historic vineyard of Quinta da Romaneira. Meticulously vinified in traditional lagares at the Quinta, this distinguished Port has been aged for two decades in small oak barrels, and embodies all the traits of a classic premium Tawny.
The long barrel ageing has revealed fine and delicate notes of nuts and dried fruit, with great depth and complexity, but at the same time retaining intense pure fruit and vibrant freshness. Gastronomically extraordinarily versatile, it lends itself to imaginative pairings of many kinds, but is also perfectly suited to begin or to conclude any meal as a sophisticated aperitif or digestif.
A Classic Blend from the Douro Valley.

Established in 2013, Strathearn is one of Scotland's smallest distilleries, situated in the beautiful county of Perthshire in the Highlands.This whisky marks their first-ever expression, an inaugural bottling of 32 casks. Made from a selection of ex-bourbon, ex-virgin and ex-sherry matured casks, it has a syrupy flavour of honey, buttercream and dried apricots. We're delighted to finally have Strathearn on the shelves.

Combining two different wood types (European and American) that previous held Oloroso sherry, Tamdhu matures this whisky in these casks exclusively for 18 years. On the nose, there are notes of rich dark fruits with ripe cherry and plum. A tang of zesty citrus notes cut through a a weighty toffee, milk chocolate and honey-baked oat flavour. A touch of red apple comes through with dried fruit, sweet baking spices and brown sugar.

Fully matured from a parcel of first-fill, ex-Oloroso sherry casks, this is the second ever release from the Isle of Harris distillery, made from lightly peated spirit that has aged in hand-selected sherry casks from bodegas Miguel Martin in Spain. A rich medley of spices, orange peel and walnut swirl around a herbal smokyness, like burning thyme on a BBQ. The palate is initially creamy and full, carrying dried fruit mix and more orange, finishing with a salty edge that leads to a warming, gently smoky finish.

We are proud to launch the first ever whisky from the Isle of Harris Distillery, the long-awaited The Hearach. The aroma evokes a curing smokehouse, joined by fragrant hillside heather and smoky dried prunes. A creamy sweetness, like that of creme brulee, joins crisp apple fruity tones, with a lingering sea-salt tang left on the lips. The subtle smoke returns in the finish, a beautiful whiff of a peaty fireplace slowly burning down.

A remarkable achievement for all on the island, this whisky is a testament to the hard work of everyone involved and we are delighted to finally share it with New Zealand.

Created by Nikka to replace the 'Nikka 12', this new expression is a combination of both Miyagikyo and Yoichi distilleries. The bottle represents the tradition of the distilleries, displaying the golden emblem designed by the founder, Masataka Taketsuru, for his first ever release. A rich and malty whisky with an abundance of orchard fruits on the palate is balanced by a soft sweet toffee note and lingering spicy fruit cake.

Verily I vouch vocally for its vaunted and valued viscous vivacity: viz vanilla - based on its baked, butter balm of a bulwark, brim full of brio bequeathed by its beloved bourbon barrel, obliging me to opine obliquely, yet overjoyed by its outre if, obfuscating, oasis of orange.

This brand-new Single Malt Irish Whiskey comes from the West Cork distillery, situated in Skibbereen on the southern end of Ireland. Matured in American oak barrels before a final finish in ex-Consorcio Licorero Nacional rum casks. Honey and vanilla sweetness are joined by hints of toasted coffee and chocolate. Distinctively packaged in a buoy style bottle, inspired by the owners love of all things maritime.
