This whisky is part of Cotswolds 'Cask Expressions Collection'. It has been maturing in first fill bourbon barrels. This whisky has notes of creamy honey, vanilla and gentle fruits with a sweet and rounded finish.

It's Christmas in February, with the somewhat late arrival of the Cotswold's annual Cloudy Christmas Gin. Their recipe for their classic juniper-led gin style sees the addition of festive cardamom spice and tangy, sweet clementine citrus notes. The cloudy aspect of this gin is seen when adding tonic or ice, causing the rich concentration of botanical oils to form a natural haze.

A marraige of ex-bourbon, ex-red Wine and ex-peated casks results in a very lively and fresh whisky with a distinctive fruit-salad style, running from pears and melon through to honey-drizzled peaches and nectarines. Creamy vanilla custard and a touch of peat round out this English single malt.

The Cotswolds distillery was established in 2014, becoming the first full-scale distillery in the history of the area. Using only locally grown barley which is then floor malted. This new expression is matured in a selection of Ex-Sherry casks, American oak and European, both butts and hogsheads, seasoned with Olorosso or PX. The style is richer and fuller on the palate than earlier expressions, full of dried and stewed fruit, sweet spiciness and delicate nuttiness. A truly excellent new whisky from England made with great passion and craft.

Using only locally grown barley which is then floor malted, the spirit is then matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and reconditioned (aka STR) red wine casks. The aroma is sweetly honeyed, with butterscotch and plenty of fruit - stonefruits fresh and stewed, along with nutty marzipan. The palate is oily, lush and rich, with orange marmalade, muscavado or brown sugar and tannins, bringing a twist of cracked black pepper. The finish is treacled, with dark red fruit and soft wooded flavours lingering. A truly excellent whisky from England made with great passion and craft.

Blended from a combination of Cotswolds dry gin and hand selected Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherries, this Summer cup is further flavoured with a selection of herbal and spice essences.  The perfect serve costs of summer cup, ice and lashings of lemonade or ginger ale, garnished with mint, cucumber and plenty of fresh summer fruits.

Distilled at the Cotswolds distillery in England, this dry gin is made with nine botanicals, including locally sourced lavender. The distillery uses 10 times the botanical quantity of most gins, meaning it is likely to cloudy when ice or tonic is added - this is as a result of the high levels of natural oils and flavours that have been retained. Sweet and piney with an earthy background, this is a hearty gin with a herbaceous quality as well, lifted by citrus and cooling eucalyptus. The recommended serve includes pink grapefruit and a bay leaf.

Produced at the Cotswolds distillery, this new release of their 'Peated Cask' expression is an unpeated spirit that has matured in Quarter Casks that once held peated whisky, giving a subtle tinge of smoke & peat to the whisky. The nose is rich with the aroma of vanilla (pudding or creme), with dried fruits and spice. To taste, there is a gentle creamy peat smoke with a light fruityness and woody sugars. Bottled at natural strength without chill-filtration.
