It shows great finesse, extolling frangrances of orange, marmalade and spice notes. Taste, good attack on the mouth, more elegance than muscle. The aged Oloroso butts smooth its rich, fleshy body with great harmony. Almost a concentrated citric mouth-feel captivates and tantalises the middle part of your tongue. An aftertaste of great abundance rewards the palate. A Highland malt of great distinction.

This 21 year old whisky from Dalmore distillery has been matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks. These sherry casks have been selected from Gonz?lez Byass bodega. Notes of bitter dark chocolate, Seville oranges, coffee, and toffee apples are found on the nose. The palate has notes of liquorice, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and marzipan. Ginseng, pear, and blood oranges are found on the finish.

This release from Dalmore distillery has been maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and then aged Tawny Port pipes. Notes of red berries, oranges and sticky toffee pudding are found on the nose. These notes develop in to full bodied notes of nectarines, caramel, roasted chestnuts and Java coffee on the palate. to finish rich plums, sultanas, blood oranges and macerated cherries are found on the finish.
